Commonwealth Elementary continually strives to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all our students.  Our school offers two programs to meet the specific needs of our gifted, high achieving, and potentially gifted students:

  • Demonstrates high achievement or high ability in a specific area
  • Highly exhibits the characteristics and/or traits of giftedness
  • Undergoing screening and application process for gifted identification

Commonwealth Gifted/Highly Gifted/High Ability Arts & Technology Magnet Center

Students who wish to enroll in our Gifted Magnet (grades 2-5) center must apply for enrollment through the yearly Choices (Magnet) Application process. Students must be identified as Gifted or meet specific Gifted Criteria in order to apply.
